For a new production line, the low-voltage infrastructure from the main distribution panel to machine feeds was built under a single responsibility.
With facility growth the existing distribution line had become insufficient; the new line's power infrastructure had to be built and commissioned without stopping production.
The new line was energized ahead of the planned production schedule; acceptance measurements passed on the first attempt and no production loss occurred.
- Main distribution panel and 6 sub-panel installations
- 1,900 m of cable tray and busbar line
- Machine feed and grounding lines
- Testing, measurement and commissioning reports
- LV distribution panels
- NYY / N2XH cable groups
- Cable carrying systems
- Switchgear and protection equipment

The main panel has a 4,000 A busbar output with integrated compensation and power analyzer; sub-panels were labelled per line and delivered with measurement points.
Installation proceeded zone by zone with isolation while production continued; connections requiring outages were scheduled into weekend planned stops.
